Acceptable Use Policy

Kolekt is built for legitimate North American service businesses. The AUP exists to keep the platform safe, the carrier relationships clean, and your number out of spam-scoring databases.

• Telemarketing without proper registration and consent
• Calls to numbers on the Canadian National DNCL or applicable US state/federal DNC list, absent valid exemption
• Outbound calls outside CRTC-permitted hours: 9am–9:30pm weekdays, 10am–6pm weekends, local time of the called party
• TCPA violations: prerecorded or autodialed calls to wireless numbers without prior express written consent
• Debt collection without applicable licensing (FDCPA / provincial collection laws)
• Healthcare communications outside HIPAA / PHIPA / Law 25 boundaries (we sign BAAs and Quebec-equivalent agreements where required)
• Political robocalls without statutory disclaimers
• Spoofed caller ID (STIR/SHAKEN attestation is enforced)
• Harassment, threats, or any unlawful purpose

We monitor consent flags, dial pacing, and complaint rates. Violations result in immediate suspension and may be reported to the CRTC (Canada) or FCC (US) where required by law. We cooperate fully with carrier and regulator complaints.
