Kolekt is committed to accessibility under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Accessible Canada Act, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our voice service is available to callers using TTY, voice relay, and assistive technologies.
kolektpro.com targets WCAG 2.1 AA. Known gaps as of April 2026: some data-dense dashboard tables exceed 4.5:1 contrast in dimmer states (remediated by alternate high-contrast theme available in Settings). Audited annually by Inclusive Design Research Centre methodology.
