Kolekt is a small team of operators and engineers building trilingual Voice AI for North American service businesses. We're based in London, UK, with deep North American roots, and we built the product we wished existed when we ran service operations ourselves.
Why we exist
Service businesses lose 30–60% of inbound calls every week. The fix isn't another voicemail — it's a receptionist who never sleeps, speaks both official languages, and books straight to the calendar. Voice AI made it possible. Bilingual North-American compliance made it necessary to build it ourselves.
What we believe
- 1. North-America-first means real PIPEDA, real Law 25, real CRTC — not opt-in checkboxes.
- 2. Quebec French is not a translation layer. It is a first-class language with its own voice, prosody, and idiom.
- 3. Owner-operators deserve the same quality of tools as enterprises — without enterprise sales cycles.
- 4. Voice AI that lies, hedges, or hallucinates is a liability. Calibration is a feature.
