Step-by-step
- In Kolekt, go to Settings → Integrations → ServiceTitan.
- Click Connect. You'll be redirected to ServiceTitan OAuth.
- Approve the requested scopes (read calendar, write contacts).
- Map Kolekt extraction fields to ServiceTitan properties.
- Run the included test call. Verify the record landed in ServiceTitan.
